Community Playground Builds Managers are critical to the KABOOM! mission. They travel across the country leading inspiring playground build events in partnership with community and funding partner volunteers. Each playground project starts as a flat, empty surface and is transformed into an exciting, new playspace for kids to enjoy in just one day! Community Playground Builds Managers are the on-site leaders of this transformation.

Must Haves
- Experience managing volunteers
- Event or project management
- Flexible and adaptive problem-solving skills
These are market-based positions so the candidates must reside in the Washington, DC (hybrid) or Oakland, CA (remote) areas.
Salaries:
- Washington, DC area $50k-55k
- Oakland, CA area $53k
